Citizens of the Republic of Armenia may acquire a certificate regarding their passport either by visiting passport services in person or through an online procedure.

Citizens of the Republic of Armenia who have reached the age of 16 may apply for a certificate concerning their passport.

With "YesEm" Authentication
To access the service online, it is necessary to have "YesEm" authentication.

To apply online, one shall:

• after authentication, fill in the personal details on the “Applicant’s Page”;
• indicate who the application is being submitted for – the citizen personally or a child;
• click “Submit Application” button.

 Requirements

Citizens aged 16 and over may apply for a certificate on passport either in person or through an authorized representative.

In order to acquire a certificate regarding the passport of a child under the age of 16, the application shall be submitted by the child’s parent, legal representative (guardian or custodian), or a person authorized by the parent.

Service fee

Certificate on passport is issued free of charge.

Processing time and procedure 

When applying online, the passport certificate is sent to the specified email address. It may also be downloaded from the “Applications” section of the personal page by clicking the “Download” button.

 In person

To acquire a certificate on passport, it is necessary to come in person to the central office of the Migration and Citizenship Service or at any of its regional subdivisions.

Requirements

Citizens who have reached the age of 16 apply for the certificate in person or through an authorized representative.

To acquire a certificate on passport for a child under the age of 16, the application shall be submitted by the child’s parent, legal representative (guardian or custodian), or a person authorized by the parent.
