Acquiring a Statement of Registered Address

The registered (recorded) address is reflected in the State Population Register of the Republic of Armenia, which is an information system of individual registration data.

A statement of registered address can be obtained either online or by personally visiting a subdivision of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

To use the service online, you need to have an YesEm authentication.

Requirements

To acquire a statement of registered address, it is necessary to have 

  • information in the State Population Register regarding registration or removal from registration (whether the person has ever been registered in the Republic of Armenia).

  To acquire an online statement of registered address, it is necessary to:

  • fill in personal data on the applicant’s page,
  • click the “Next Page” button,
  • select whether the statement is intended for the applicant or their child,
  • choose the institution to which the statement will be submitted,
  • click the “Submit Application” button,
  • make the required payment on the “Payment” page.

Service fee and Payment procedure 

To acquire the statement, a fee of AMD 1,000 shall be paid. The payment is made at the end of the online application process, on the “Payment” page.

Note

The statement is provided free of charge to the citizens of the Republic of Armenia under the age of 16, when submitted to state and local self-government bodies of the Republic of Armenia.

Processing time

In case of an online application, the statement is sent to the applicant’s email address.

In person – by appointment

Note

To acquire a statement of registered address, the applicant shall visit the territorial subdivision of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with an identity document.

Requirements

  • To acquire a statement of registered address, it is necessary to have information in the State Population Register about being currently registered or having been deregistered (i.e. having ever been registered in the Republic of Armenia).

Service fee and payment procedure

To acquire the statement, a payment of AMD 1,000 is required. The payment can be made on site via terminal or online. In the case of online payment, the payment receipt shall be submitted.

The statement is provided free of charge to RA citizens under the age of 16, as well as when submitted to RA state and local self-government bodies.

Processing time

The statement is issued on the same day.

It is also possible to apply through an authorized representative. A notarized power of attorney is not required.
