Dear citizens,
Please be informed that an online pre-registration platform for obtaining biometric documents will be launched on 31 October.
The platform will allow citizens to submit an application for document issuance in two ways:
✔️ With strong authentication  
✔️ Without strong authentication
When pre-registering with strong authentication, citizens will be redirected directly to the payment page and then prompted to select a convenient service office.
When pre-registering without strong authentication, the information provided will be cross-checked against the data held in the State Population Register. If the data match completely, the citizen will be able to select the service date, time and location, and make the required payment.
If the information provided does not match the data held in the State Population Register, the citizen will be directed to the Migration and Citizenship Service to verify and, if necessary, correct the information.
Only after the data have been corrected and confirmed by the authorised body will citizens be able to book an appointment.
Pre-registration will be available from 31 October on the official website of HayPass: www.haypass.am.
