After acquiring RA citizenship upon a decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, the individual shall personally visit the head office of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, located at 17/10, 4th District, Davtashen, Yerevan, to acquire RA passport for the first time. An appointment shall be booked in advance.
The following individuals are eligible for service without a prior appointment (walk-in basis): persons displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, persons aged 75 and older, persons with disabilities, individuals presenting medical documents, and visibly pregnant women.
When booking an appointment, it is necessary to enter the details of the person who will personally come to the appointment. An individual appointment shall be made for each visitor, regardless of age.

Service Fee and Payment Procedure
When applying for RA citizenship, a fee of 1,000 AMD shall be paid.
Payment can be made on site via payment terminal or POS terminal, online, at any bank by transferring the amount to account number 900005160529, or through a banking application (if the transfer to this account number does not work in the app, please select the option “Transfer to State Budget”).

The RA passport is issued on the 5th working day following the submission of the application.
